Surround yourself with positivity – research shows that being around positive, uplifting people can make you more positive too. Spend as much time as you can with those that make you feel good!
Check in with your emotions: If you find yourself getting frustrated or distressed, and negativity is starting to creep in, take a moment to assess – what is upsetting you, and why. Identifying these feelings can help you ensure they don’t ruin your day.
Practice positive affirmations: If you struggle with negative self-talk, it might be helpful to have a few positive phrases on hand to replace the negativity. You can even write these affirmation downs and post them on sticky notes at home or in the office.
